Paul leads with integrity, humility, and a true team-first mindset, fostering a culture of accountability, respect, and collaboration. Known for his “all hands-on deck” approach, he is a visible, hands-on leader who supports resident care, works alongside staff, drives residents to appointments, and even joins in moments of fun – like a spirited marshmallow “snowball” fight. He takes the time to know each team member personally, creating a workplace where people feel valued, inspired, and empowered. Thanks to his leadership, the community consistently delivers exceptional operations and prioritizes resident safety.

Beyond his daily leadership, Paul’s heart for service truly sets him apart. He is deeply committed to enriching the lives of others—championing engaging programming, fostering community partnerships, serving as Treasurer for the New Mexico Secretary of State, and preparing meals each Sunday for individuals experiencing homelessness. His compassion and impact extend far beyond the community, making him a truly deserving recipient of Integral Senior Living’s Executive Director of the Year award.
